On tuesday evening we held out first supper club with Three Six Five Events at the newley renovated Pythons tennis club house.

With one long communal table, plethora of candles and wines to match the food the mood was set.

Guests arrived in the dark to be welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a canapé of local venison carpaccio with brambles and rocket.IMG_0330

Once the introductions were made everyone sat as they wished around the table and tucked into the first course of Dorset crab with a crisp white wine and of course the naught freshly baked bread and salted butter.IMG_0333

Duck breast was next on the menu teamed with a damson sauce which had been foraged last year and soaking in gin ever since!!

To finish a seasonal pink grapefruit tart with thyme ice cream served on beautiful wooden boards.Lemon Tart with Gin and Tonic Sorbet

The evening was finished with chocolate truffles, more wine and plenty of conversation, with no one rushing to the door to leave a great evening seemed to be had by all and hopefully we will be seeing some returning faces to our future supper clubs.
